Skal International

Skal is an international travel & tourism organisation which promotes global tourism and friendship, to which we have membership. The Albany chapter of Skal International was established in 2006, and provides us with a network of like-minded people to promote sustainable tourism. Skal organises and operates a number of different activities including an emergency fund for members called the Florimond Volckaert Fund. We have recently been the fortunate recipients of a grant from this fund to assist us with dealing with a personal event that may have otherwise caused us to downscale our tourism service. For this, we are grateful but humbled to Skal International.
